Special Event Pricing
A la carte packages are $100 to $350 per hour
Special events are great for parties, conferences, competitions, or any other non-wedding event you need photographs from (please go to the wedding photography page for details of that service). All photos are carefully edited* and delivered through an online gallery or USB drive.
There are two pricing options available for special events:
- Option-Budget: this usually cost $100 to $180 per hour, however, all guests must purchase their own photos from the online gallery (USB drive not available for this option), which is usually sent to you within two weeks.
- Option-Unlimited: this usually cost $150 to $350 per hour, and all photos are delivered to you through a USB drive and/or an online gallery within two weeks.
Note that the pricing for events can be different depending on the difficulty and needs of photography. Please fill out the special events contact form to receive a quote.
Package add-ons include:
- Custom guest books are usually $150 for designing and $80 for each copy.
- Expedited delivery is available for some events. Contact for details and prices.
- Specialty prints and wall art can be purchased from the online gallery.
- Special events outside of the Wellington, Fort Collins, Windsor, or Loveland area will result in some travel expenses (the photographer will handle all travel arrangements).
- USB drives cost $25 each (only available with option-unlimited).
- Other options may be available upon request.
*Please understand that photos are only color corrected, retouched, and enhanced. The use of extensive manipulation is highly avoided to help preserve the authentic feel.
